Delivery Times

After receiving your order and any outstanding details, we will strive to process and despatch your order within 2-5 working days

For UK orders we ship using First Class Mail or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles, may occasionally take longer than specified.

However on request we can use recorded or guaranteed next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery (an additional fee will be applicable for this service). If you do require this service please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

For outside the UK we use standard air mail, which generally takes around 3 days to Western Europe or 5 days to the rest of the world.

Overseas - Delivery Charges

We will unfortunately still require to charge for shipping outside mainland UK, this will be calculated instantly at the checkout process for items up to and including 1kg.

For products weighing more than 1kg please do contact us prior to ordering so we can advise of an exact shipping cost.
However If you are happy to complete the checkout process with an overseas shipping address we will then forward on the additional shipping fee for your item/s via email with our secure payment button, which can be paid easily by credit/debit card or using paypal.

Royal Mail First Class

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class letters the next working day after collection.

Tail-swishing obtain a certificate of posting when using this service
Royal Mail offer compensation of up to £30 for loss or damage of an item on production of a valid copy of the certificate of posting.
This service is not trackable items using the Royal Mail tracking service.

Should you require recorded delivery or postal insurance for any product then please contact us for full details before you place your order - this is due to the additional costs that these services may require.

Royal Mail Special Delivery® Next Day

Royal Mail offer this service as a guaranteed next day delivery service, allowing items to be sent to all UK destinations from any Post Office, for an all-inclusive price if processed before the latest acceptance time. This guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day, including Shetland Islands and other remote destinations, for no extra charge.
Royal Mail offer a money back guarantee if it doesnt arrive by the guaranteed delivery time. All Special Delivery items are automatically covered with £500 compensation against loss or damage.

This service is trackable using Royal Mails Track & Trace service.

Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets

Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets - EUROPE

We aim to deliver Airmail Small Packets to Western Europe three days after posting, to Eastern Europe in four days.

Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets – REST OF WORLD

We aim to deliver Airmail Small Packets to countries outside Europe in five days.

The maximum weight which can be sent is 2kg.

Royal Mail offer compensation of up to £30 for loss or damage of an item on production of a valid copy of the certificate of posting.

This service is not trackable items using the Royal Mail tracking service.

Tail-Swishing are environmentally aware.
Wherever possible we will re-use packaging, including tissue paper, bubble wrap and other packaging materials, with the vast majority being biodegradable.
